Delivery times are always approximate, although CHERUBINA tries to adhere to them as much as possible, there may be cases in which these are not strictly followed. Delivery times may be affected in times of high sales volume such as Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, Summer Holidays... as well as national holidays, adverse weather conditions or causes external to the brand directly related to the service of messaging.

CHERUBINA therefore does not guarantee delivery on date in these cases and is not responsible for incidents caused by courier companies if any.

DEADLINES FOR PREPARATION AND MAKING OF ORDERS

The time that elapses from when an order is placed until it is shipped will depend on the type of product you have purchased:

  • PARTY HEADDRESSES, HATS AND BAGS: Each CHERUBINA headdress, hat and bag is made individually, completely by hand in our workshop in Seville. That is why the production process can vary between 1 and 3 weeks. Stock: We do not have headdresses in stock for online orders. The stock corresponds to the availability of materials, but each headdress has to be made by hand on request; please keep in mind that this is a process that can take time. When making the purchase, you can select the "express clothing" option, to guarantee that the clothing, shipping and delivery process occurs within a period of approximately 5 to 7 business days, or select the " express clothing" option. standard" , so that said process is maintained in an approximate period of between 1 and 3 weeks.
  • PARTY, CASUAL, HOMEWEAR AND MASKS COLLECTION: Items in stock will be shipped within approximately 1 to 7 days after purchase confirmation. These terms are subject to variation.
  • SUNGLASSES, EARRINGS AND COMBS These types of items will be shipped within approximately 1 to 7 days after purchase confirmation. Please keep in mind that all our goldsmith products are handmade pieces. We work so that you receive your order in the best possible condition, which is why sometimes we decide to review the gold plating, make some adjustments, etc., which can lengthen delivery times. Whenever possible, please indicate the date by which you need to receive your order.
  • BRIDAL AND/OR READY TO LOVE COLLECTION These types of items will be shipped within approximately 30 to 40 days after purchase confirmation. Please keep in mind that all of our items in the bridal collections are made to order and sometimes it may be necessary to order materials specifically for these items, which can lengthen delivery times. Whenever possible, please indicate the date by which you need to receive your order.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as your order is marked as "Sent", you will receive an email with the tracking number , where you can track the shipment from the carrier's website.

For international shipments , since the order was marked as "Shipped", the email with the tracking number may take up to 48 hours to be received.

For "Store Pickup" orders , no tracking number will be provided. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.

In case you have consulted with the carrier and it has not been resolved, you can contact us through our contact form or through the mail pedidosweb@cherubina.com , indicating the order number and detailing the incident that occurred with the agency.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

If you request products to be shipped outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to the customs laws or regulations of the destination country. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the products and must pay any additional charges. These include import duties, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside of the EU. If you order products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware that they will need to cover this before ordering.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance in these processes. We recommend that you check the applicable import charges in any non-EU country before ordering.

Remember that from Cherubina we cannot do any customs management on your behalf. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

As long as your order has not yet been packed in the warehouse and/or has not left our facilities, you can cancel part or all of the items in your order. Otherwise, the order will be marked as managed and cannot be cancelled.

Please remember that only the cancellation communicated through our official customer service channels will be valid: via email (pedidosweb@cherubina.com) or by phone ( 954 96 96 14 ).

Remember that the refund may take a few hours to become effective.
